The audio is good. No connection issues. Charging seems to be fine so far. I could be mistaken but I thought it vibrated earlier when I got a spam call also. So I don't have most of the other gripes others have with this model.
With that said, the buttons just don't make sense. I used to have a super cheap BT headset that had a power button, volume buttons, and skip buttons. This one has 3 buttons that do everything. I've also started to get static/crackle when I move. I generally keep my phone in my back pocket so I wouldn't expect it to be having connection issues but something is going on. I've had it 2 months so I don't know if there is warranty or anything that would help me out so I guess I'll just keep them until I decide to splurge on something else.

I am pretty fussy about my headphones and went through two other types of headphones before I tried these. I'm a transcriptionist, so need headphones that are sensitive enough to hear everything. These work great, are not super-expensive, and are better than the Bose over-the-ear and earbuds that I tried before this. I don't need them for music, so bass isn't really that big a deal for me, but quality sound is and these are really great. Still figuring them out (only had them 2 days, so far), but all in all, a good buy. And, the people at Best Buy were really nice and completely understanding when I brought the other two headphones back.

I really like these head phones so much . I wear them at work all day and at the gym every night . They are very durable the only problem I have is that they stopped taking a charge . It was under Best Buy warranty I went in got a new set in 5 min . I would get these again for sure .

Bought these on sale, and feel like I got a really great deal. I have never used noise cancelling headphones before, and once you press the button for noise cancelling you can't hear anything except whatever you are listening too. The music is very clearly and good bass. These are incredible, especially if you catch them on sale. My only complaint is that they have a few more buttons than I am accustomed too, but other than that, they were great. I would highly recommend a pair.

Helped me find my phone buried in snow

Got pounded with a late snowstorm. Had to go for one more rip on the snowmobile. As luck would have it, I got stuck in a deep and very full ditch. I battled to get my machine free and in the process, didn't zip my pocket after the call to my neighbor for a pull and my old note 5 ended up 6' or so deep in the snow. I noticed it was missing when I got hung up the second time and had moved about 20 ft from my initial predicament. The ear buds / headphones "look" for your phone and emit a beep and says "your device is connected " when you get back in range. This was EPIC in narrowing down the search area. Not only did I find it on my first dig, it was in immaculate condition. It had been stomped on, ran over, and shoveled. It was fine largely due to the waterproof punk case I put it in. Thank you insignia for this incredible device. Without it, I wouldn't be writing this glowing review this evening.

works, but clunky

Bought this originally for the price, and ya it's a good price I would suppose for the quality. Noise cancelling- works well, does live up to that. Size- the largest earplugs I've ever seen in my life, not conspicuous at all and you have giant speakers hanging out of your ears. The retractable cord thing i dig, never had a pair of headphones have that. It's alright, just make the speakers smaller.

Great headphones

These are the best in ear headphones I have ever had. The clarity and sound spectrum is perfect, not to mention the noise cancelling and ambient noise monitoring mic. Insignia did a great job incorporating all the features that are looked for in a great headphone today.

Not worth the money

I purchased this as a replacement to my LG headset HBS 770. The LG doesn’t last as long as they used to and the Tone and Talk app for IOS isn’t compatible with the headset I have. I spoke with the salesperson and he said this headset was their store brand replacement for LG users.
My first impression of this headset when I opened the box was “cheap”. It felt like a clunky, cheap toy one would purchase at the dollar store. Unfortunately, my opinion didn’t change.
Every person I spoke with said that they couldn’t hear me. The headset kept moving and turning, which was annoying. It was heavy and extremely uncomfortable. The retractable wires were noisy and sounded like a toy.
The only positives that I have are the audio was decent and it was easy to pair with my iPhone. I am returning this headset...very disappointed.

Purchased this product 2 months ago and really liked it until one day it just up and died. I thought the battery had run low but attempts to charge it back up were useless. If you want a cheap Bluetooth that only lasts 8 weeks, here's your product.

Bought these on Clearance for $40 since my LG tones quit working after a few years. They might look similar to the LG's but they are not. These are far inferior to the LG's. At $40 it's 50/50 whether I keep or return them.

The headset connects to my iPhone fine but does not connect to my Laptop because it is so new there is no driver. I wanted to use it at work, so it goes back tomorrow. Very short battery life. Noise Cancelling is just ok.... for the $80.00 bucks it ain't worth the hassle..

Does not pair up automatically, needs pairing every time. Most of the time it won't pair up at all. Frustrating.
Regret buying this junk.
