Don't waste your time. I purchased this since BB no longer offers warranty protection on the LG bluetooth and was beyond disappointed. This bluetooth constantly disconnects and is a pain to reconnect to any device. I returned it immediately.

I brought this bluetooth and the 1 first one I thought was defective because it didn't vibrate while wearing it around your neck. So I returned it and the second one was the same effective. You have to keep the bud in your ear in order to know someone is calling. Waste of money, I went back to get the LG Tone Talk because I had it before but I lost it, they discontinue it. The warranty doesn't replace lost items. Don't waste your money on Insignia bluetooth, you will never know whose calling you unless you keep that bud in your ear. SMH! :(
