It was a great purchase, the sound quality is great, the cable is long enough to reach everywhere.

This is a very good quality microphone for a reasonable price. The length of cord is sufficient for most interview purposes.

Purchased to use with my cell phone that was attached to a gimbal. Audio is much better using this over phone audio. Cord seems excessively long but some might find a use for it being that long. Only disappointment is this would not work with my camera without a adapter, but this is no fault of the product. My camera plug is of a different type.

This mic is in every way great and has been a life saver for my YouTube videos. My Sony not having a option to plug in a external mic and not many options out there I picked this up and it has saved my videos also the option to be portable and use it with my IPhone 7.

I honestly didn't expect this much clarity and power from this little lapel mic. At first, I found myself still shouting in my videos. Finally, my daughter, who was recording me, said, "Mom, stop shouting. You can talk regular now. The mic is picking up everything loud and clear." I played back all of my videos and she was right. The loudness and clarity was phenomenal. I redid the videos in my regular tone and they came out excellent. It truly serves its purpose.

I have only used in quiet hall and home space. For my needs (personal blogging), it's wonderful. The mic screen seemed to make more noise than without though likely it's for outdoor/breezy conditions. The instructional booklet has troubleshooting info that was handy! Make sure the battery is securely in place or have a fresh battery for use (reminds me to pick up back up!). "Usually" a power issue is why it doesn't operate out the gate. Really like it!

Wanted a microphone for my YouTube videos, needed one that plugged in to external device since my camera is old, doesn't take external mic. Works well for my purposes, but if there's a way for my computer to interface with it I haven't found a way, which would make my work much easier. Still, good quality!

I used this mic with the Zoom H1 recorder. It served pretty well as a "wireless" lav setup. The subject could walk freely and the mic picked up great sound in all environments. The battery compartment is a bit clunky, but otherwise a good buy paired with the Zoom H1 for a quick and inexpensive lav mic setup.

We use it for podcasts and has wonderful sound and so easy to use even with a cell phone.

I am an unexperienced user. I ended up returning and then *re-buying* this product because I underestimated and didn't understand some use-cases. -- All I can say in this review is that I ended up buying and keeping this product. Alternatives didn't work as well as I expected them to.

Great mic! Easy to use and pretty good quality for the price

I was creating training videos for my business, and I bought this item not knowing if it would even sound better then just using the onboard mic. on my (already pretty good) galaxy phone. Well, it's not even close! The balance and quality of the sound coming from this mic is so good, I didn't need any post editing for the audio on our videos! Well worth it!

An extremely long cord, clips on and has good sound even when using outside.
