I paid an extra $9.98 to have it next day (Saturday). I needed it for work Tuesday 8 am. It arrived at FedEx at 5:01 am, loaded onto truck for delivery at 8:00 am. They now claim I can't get it until Tuesday end of day!! We had 4 inches of snow and they are claiming weather problems. But, the FedEx truck stopped at the stop sign at the top of my driveway Saturday at 4:10. Either Best Buy or FedEx needs to reimburse my credit card for the $9.98. I will not purchase from Best Buy again and I will not allow packages to be sent using FedEX. And of course, customer service can't help me.
