Does exactly what its supposed to do. Saving money on batteries is always a plus and in a month this pays for itself in savings. Charge up with the supplied cable and in the event your battery runs low during a gaming session, the long length cable will likely reach you easily allowing you to charge while you continue without interruption.

My fault I didn't really look att the picture when I bought this. Can't put my battery cover back on because it doesn't have a hole in it. Other ones I own happen to be white and I don't have that issue. This one can be used with 2 different style of chargers. Easy fix with a dremal tool.

Better than the actual product that’s included in the packaging for the Xbox side mount. the replacement has lasted longer than both of the original ones packaged. Wish the employees knew this worked with the side mount charging station though.

Works perfectly! Been using it for few months now and charge once every week while playing. Never got a battery low notification so can't really say what's the back up with a single charge. But I believe it must be good!! A must buy if you want a cheaper alternative to Microsoft's version.

Price is great. However, difficult to get in and out of the controller when choosing resulted in breakage of the tab causing the need to get a second one. But about five months of use, which was cheaper than using replaceable batteries

So I'm not an every day gamer. I only game on Saturday night into Sunday morning. Roughly 12 hr stent. It will hold the charge through the entire time. It's really easy to just throw it back on my charge stand when I'm done and realize I actually played 12-14.

The battery pack itself works fine, but I am fairly confident that it will not charge using a USB cable. You need to additionally purchase an Insignia charging station. If you have one, then this is a fine battery pack option. Saves you from having to go through AA batteries all the time, and seems to last plenty long enough.

My son received a charging stand for his birthday. I don't know why I havent purchased battery packs sooner! It seems to have a decent battery life. I honestly can't say exactly how long it lasts without recharging because my son never lets the battery pack get too low.

I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase of this rechargeable battery. It’s the off brand version of microsoft’s rechargeable controller battery and works just as well for half the price. Also, you can charge it will it remains in the Xbox controller through the micro USB port on the controller.
