OK to charge phones, but useless with high watt appliances like curlers and hair dryers. Nothing in literature would tell you this. Sales staff knew little of the product, perhaps few sold.

We were able to use it in the airport in England, and in our hotel in paris. Love all the attachments that make it flexible

glad I had this with me on my trip but I did spend too much as I did not need any of the other countries as I was in Paris. you can get what you need at airport for a lot less.

Bought this converter to use on a recent trip to Spain. I was concerned as most converters recommends not using it on electronics and my primary use was for charging a cell phone and camera. This converter was specifically for electronics and it worked great without any problems.

The power adapter on our laptop was not rated for 240 volts so we needed it in Italy . Weight was the major drawback but it did it's job well.

recommend if you are traveling out of the United States to charge your devices.

This product was used exclusively throughout Italy and worked fine for charging phones, ipads, and rechargeable batteries but did not work at all on my wife's flat iron. Overall, disappointing for the price.
