Decent TV Stand, MISSING SCREWS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this TV Stand to hold my video components while my TV is mounted above it. While the stand is decent, I have a few problems with it. First, the TV stand was scratched on a few surfaces, including the top piece that everyone can see. For someone who doesn't have a TV actually on the stand, it looks bad. Also, a lot of the edges are worn down to the wood color. The packaging was not damaged at all, so it seems to be from the factory like that. But hey, a quick permanent marker touch up and we are fine. Second, and probably more inconvenient than anything else, I WAS MISSING SOME SCREWS. I was able to improvise with some wood glue, but really? In a world that gives us extra parts in every furniture kit, I'm missing screws? It should be ok, but I'm disappointed in that. Now that the furniture is constructed, it seems solid. I had to glue it together on some parts and touch up the scratches with some marker. We will see if this thing comes tumbling down in a few months.
