In addition to the standard 3 prong electrical outlet I wanted some additional USB power slots. Normally I would have just changed the outlet itself. My house is older and the electrical boxes are on the small side and the newer outlets don't fit. I didn't want to go to the trouble to widen or replace the electrical box as it was installed in brick. So this seem to be an easy way out. I didn't go 5 stars because the wall charger does not center over the existing wall plate. I think it would be more aesthetically pleasing. It's a very small thing especially since it is in an out of the way location.

This has the making of a great outlet upgrade. You can go from the typical built-in 2 AC outlets to having 4 AC outlets and 4 USB ports. But in reality, you likely won't get to access all those extra outlets/ports. All the outlets/ports are too close together so using 1 AC outlet could possibly block both AC outlets and the 2 USB ports under them (see pic). Also this thing does not fit over the exiting face plate - it sits about an inch lower (also see pic) so it not only doesn't look pleasing it also prevented me from using it in a couple of places where I didn't have enough clearance under the existing outlets. The swivel sides are nice as you can have the plugs parallel to the wall instead of pointing outward. I got this on sale so I will keep it but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Very easy to plug into existent sockets from the wall: no need to remove wall plate. It does exactly what is describes: convenient to be able to swivel USB and 3 prong sockets sideways to avoid bulk of wire sticking from wall. Nice handy device if that's what you need.

My home is an older one so the electrical outlets do not reflect the need for USB-plug electronic items. This is a great product as it turns a regular outlet into four regular outlets and four USB plugs. Being an older home, there are never enough outlets around as I'm sure anyone else with an older home would understand. So, this is a solution to both problems at once without the cost of having new outlets installed.

I use this in my bedroom to charge multiple devices via a USB cable. I particularly like the fact that the outlets will rotate, so all the cords will hug the wall. This makes it easy to hide behind my night stand. I’m happy with this product.

I got this wall charger as a deal of the day for an excellent price. I love the practicality, versatility and convenience. It neatly goes anywhere in a room and can be completely out of site. No pulling furniture away from the wall.

This is great and cheaper than other brands! Able to plug everything in without a bunch of extension cords! Fits well behind furniture.

Love this one, has dub so I can charge Apple Watch and others. The swivel keeps the plugs in a good position

I wouldn't purchase this item unless it was on sale. I got it for around $12 plus free shipping. It works well and seems sturdy. The actual color of the unit does not look as nice as the photos online. I also found it a little disappointing that you could not rotate the plug. All ports are working though, which is nice. Make sure you are okay with plugging it in sideways though, since the 3 prong connector on the back does not rotate.

The thing that makes this adapter so great is the fact that the two sides swivel! I had a four position before, but it was static (could not move the sides) and with some of the large plugs, it didn't work for more than two, three at the most. This accommodates all my plugs and I am a happy camper.

This is great because you can swivel the outlets to face the sides, which is what we had to do with my son's outlet behind his bed. I tested it with several USB chargers at one time and they ALL worked! Some devices only allow 2 at one time, but I put this to the test and it passed!

This does exactly what I wanted it to do. I love that you're able to swivel the outlets in the direction that you need to. This helps it fit more flush to the wall. There is plenty of power for the USB ports to charge my wife's iPad and our phablets.

This is a very handy multi charger. It increases the regular outlets to 4 and gives you 4 usb outlets as well. I used the usb outlet for my Echo Dot. The only downside is when you unplug a power cord your have to hold the charger or it will come off the wall.
