I have not used this item much, but hopefully will function as per the description. Love the idea of remotely being able to turn on and off.

This device is easy to set up and works as advertised. Works well with the Google Home device.

Excellent way to control various devices through your smart phone, Along with scheduling.

Not necessarily the most handsome of the various similar devices, but for the price and consistent operation, I am fine with the footprint.

The setup is a little odd especially if you are using an iPhone. Works well with my google home. Discounts randomly occasionally.

This is an excellent product to start your smart hime. Reasonably priced and easy to set up.

Was really easy to setup with an Android. Just plug it in and type in your router password. I like how on/off reacts very fast. On mine the green light didnt work, but I kind of like that. I dont know if its for outside use, but I am using it outside and so far no problems.

I haven't had any problems with this plug andl it works very well with Alexa it was also very easy to pair great for the price

Had this up and running in less that 20 minutes. Synced with Alexa and works like a charm!

Works very well with google home. If your power or internet goes out it does take a while for it to sync back up on its own.

For the cost its difficult to find anything wrong with this. Its easy to setup and integrates well with Google home and Alexa.

Easy simple setup. Works like a charm. I use it to turn a lamp on and off when I'm away.

Originally bought WEMO smart plug - couldn't setup WiFi link. Decided to try Insignia based on Geek squad recommendation and it set up right away without any problems. After 3 weeks, setup 2nd Insignia WiFi Smart Plug - took a little longer to establish link to WiFi. Finally completed setup after about 15 minutes, now both Smart Plugs are working great. Great choice to replace old mechanical timers.

Love the price, hate the app for setting up but the once connected it worked very well Own 3 of these and going to buy more

We used it for the Christmas tree and it worked great as long as the internet was working. Schedules were easy to set up.

I'm very regret for not reading those reviews before buying. The Apps for Insight is so stupid. For example, when U off-ed the light with the apps, you cant manually turn on the light until you turn on the light wih the apps. At first I dont really care but after awhile I found out that it is really annoying and not efficient. Also. Afatrr 15 days of using it, my phone couldn't connect to it anymore. I bought 2 of this and 2 of this had the same problem. This item is totally wasting my money.

This is actually a decent smart plug for the price (on sale 20.00)...I've used ihome, idevices, edimax, belkin, and tplink and the last two had issues with my airport extreme. The first two were nice but overpriced. The Edimax and this model seem very similar. Though the setup/app on the Insignia smart plug is much easier and user friendly.

Had some trouble with set up but has been working great since. I connected it to my google home and has been working fine

Works with Google home, easy set up, and the schedule feature works well for vacations.

I wanted to try a smart plug and though of buying this insignia product to start with, integrated this to my google home mini and this works most of the time from voice control, pretty satisfied with this device.
