    The left side would get so hot that you couldn't let it touch your skin. The right side you'd hear static and if you turned your head or touched the wire, there was more static and the sound would fade out and in. When fully charged, would be 1 1/2 into a movie and it would say low battery, or go completely out. Straight garbage! Returned it for a refund and bought and LG with JBL sound.

    The sound is on par with more expensive brands. This item can only connect to one item. Walking around in a large building at work, the headset loses connectivity when the phone switches from one wifi repeater to another. This does not happen with other devices, so I can only conclude that this is a failure of the insignia headset.

    I have had numerous Bluetooth headsets and this one has the worst microphone off atl of them. Unless you are in an absolutely quiet environment, this headset it's useless. It had absolutely no noise canceling. I returned mine for a store credit and bought an LG from Amazon because Best Buy was sold out of the affordable LG unit.
