I picked up this headset on sale recently. Had a few certificates that were expiring and I wanted a better Bluetooth headset than my current one. The pros: Fairly lightweight, paired with my phone easily, very good sound quality for Bluetooth, magnetic earpiece storage works well The cons: Microphone could be better (or maybe better located). I get a lot of external noise on it which results in the other side of the call asking me to repeat myself. Power switch is a bit difficult and I'm afraid I'm going to break it off at some point. My biggest gripe, though... unless I'm totally missing something, it does not activate the phone when pushing the call button. All my previous BT headsets would activate voice dialing (or Google now) on my G4 but this one does not. It will redial the last number if you double-tap the button. I messaged Insignia and was told that this headset won't activate voice dialing. That seems very unusual. I guess I always assumed that pushing the button and activating voice dialing was a BT standard, but maybe that's not the case. I can live with having to dial from the phone, but that is the main reason I would not recommend the headset. If I find out something different, I will change my review, but until then I would not recommend.

Bluetooth connectivity is ok you tend to have problems if your jogging and trying to listen to music.

I had a pair that was a lot like these that I used for about a year and finally broke.They were about the same price but worked much better.These would work on a couple calls and next call they wouldn't.You never knew if they would work, so I quit using them.I plan on getting a better pair soon.I should have returned these but I don't like returning stuff.

Died after 3 weeks. Power button broken, moves too freely.

I purchased 2 for my daughter's and both had to be replaced less than a year after purchase

Comes in handy when your driving I would really recommend this to a friend

I found the earbuds a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was good for what I paid for it.

needed something to keep my hands free and this really worked for me.

My dad loved Insignia- In-Ear Bluetooth Headset however it is hard to hear him on the other end.

Got these for my husband but he didn't really like the way they sounded with his hearing aids.

My 13 year old grand daughter loves them. she is glad she got them.
