headphones work great but we are now having a problem with the battery life not sure if it's a manufacturer defect or if we just broke them if you buy this or any other like it make sure you pay the extra for the product replacement plan because without it you are shafted

I didn't like the product because it was not very flexible

The on off switch was broken within 30 days returning

I bought the iPhone 7 a few weeks back, and needed another option for headphones when my phone need charged at the office, as I listen to music basically all day. I did not want to spend a fortune because I won't need to use them ALL THE TIME, just periodically. I went in to Best Buy to buy a different brand, but I spotted these on the shelf at $29.99. The cashier rang them up at $49.99, I told her they were $29.99 and she checked them on the rack and I was right, so they honored the price. I feel like I got a pretty good deal. I've used them for a couple days now and I'm pretty content with them. The audio quality is not the best (as one would expect for $30-$50 headphones) but it's okay. Very easy to use and pair with a phone. I haven't used it to call anyone yet, but I can see where the placement of the microphone would make it difficult for people on the other end to hear you. The whole apparatus is lightweight and comfortable. The different ear cushions makes it better because you can customize the fit a little better. Overall, I like these headphones so far. Pretty good deal for the price I got them. I would probably still pay the $50 for them. If you're a real stickler for music quality or will be using these hard, very often, these probably aren't for you.

I purchased this product because I was driving long distances. It works okay, but the person I was talking to would have an echo or I would have one. I also couldn't even put my phone in my back pocket without it losing connection.

I was excited when I first bought this item. But I soon realized it was not all that. There is a lot of background noise for my callers and when listening to music if you turn your head it may not let the music play properly.

This would be perfect if you are looking for Bluetooth headset if you want to use it as a wireless headset for phone the mic picks up all background noise. Returned and Bought the plantronic single ear works great for calls

Cheap way is not the best way. No noise reduction. Picks up EVERYTHING in the background.

I work in sales and bought these to listen to audio books while I was driving. They were working just fine until this morning. They won't power on anymore. It is like the power switch isn't working. They charge up and the charging light shows that it is fully charged. However, when you switch them on I don't get the voice telling me that they are turned on. I would think no more than I use them they should have lasted more than 7 1/2 months!

It won't play from my phone. It simply vibrates. I haven't been able to use it for like a week now

I found these earphones to be very heavy around my neck, unlike the competition. So I had to return them. Not sure about the call quality because I returned them after putting the on.
