I needed it to make phone calls with and you literally have to make your call from your phone. You can speak to Siri and ask to make a call. Wasn't comfortable either.

Not worth buying

Disconnected the headset and they could hear me fine was priced cheap and cheap I got

The ear piece is two bulky and too short. It does not feel good at all while in use. Very poor quality and not worth the money.

She couldn't hear anyone while using them and they distorted her voice so much so that she sounded almost robotic. I ended up returning them the next week and getting an LG set for her instead.
