Very disappointed in this purchase. The microphone pickup is terrible, distorts the voice to the point that it is not understood. If you don't use both earbuds you can't hear your caller. I have trashed this piece of junk and have gone back to LG.

I purchased the product because it was recommended in store and was on sale. The first day i received it I made sure I tested them when I made phone calls the sound quality was choppy and crackled the whole time, I returned them.

These are great for me most of the time when I'm doing various cardio (walking, jogging etc) and the sound quality is top notch. My only issue is the sound skips periodically when you turn your head sometimes when listening to music as another customer previously stated. The problem is I've had LG Tones do the same thing. But I'm a 6'3 300 lb guy. So it's great but if you have a big neck and delts like me the design may make it not the best option. But other smaller guys who recommended them have had no problems at all.

Great sound quality. Lasted a very long time. Very easy to connect to your phone & other devices.

a voice keep break down up to 5 second then good again. Also a sound has no base and not good as i expect. I would like to return for full refund

Pros: Great sound for music/podcast playback, easy to connect to my devices, lightweight. Cons: Some interference when around fountains or when raining, control locations are a little confusing, mic doesn't always pick up my voice for calls. I'd recommend this overall. It's a good headset that does what I need for a good price.

Bought for my hubby for his new job. Won't charge, won't hold a charge, never worked. Bought a different type (LG). You get what you pay for.

Instructions weren't clear that the headphones have to be turned on to charge. Once I knew that the first time I set them to charge they over heated and the plastic warped. Returned them.

Purchased Insignia™ - Bluetooth Headset first day it worked fine by the end of the day I was unable to answer call from the device. Tried paring it all over again, it didn't resolve issue.

I found these earphones to be very heavy around my neck, unlike the competition. So I had to return them. Not sure about the call quality because I returned them after putting the on.

The feedback and echoing is horrible with these headphones. I will not buy this brand again but will spend the money to get the LG ones

I have changed this product twice, bad quality. After couple of months it would not connect to my phone anymore.

This is a garbage I used it with my iPhone sound is horrible and it keep cutting Charging is bad as well Don't waste your money for it

People can not hear you they can only hear the background noise that's all around you .not a good choice if ur around lots of people !!!!!

Quit working after 2 weeks, would not hold charge after first use

Callers can hear everything around me but my voice.

Used few times . Trying to recharge, did not recharge , do not start , useless toy.

I was on a treadmill one day with my ear buds on and as I was jogging I managed to rip the buds out of my ears while swinging my arms and in the process had my phone crash onto the floor, luckily my phone survived but the buds didn't, so this gave me an excuse to upgrade to wireless headgear. I've always wanted to try out some wireless head phones but they looked and felt too bulky and were pretty pricey too, then I happened to see these pair on the "Deal of the day" for only $19.99 so I read some of the reviews and they were favorable so I said "why not" and I'm glad I got them. They work great, they were easy to hook up and I use them everywhere I go when I work out, work in the garden or when I'm in my office. They also work awesome when I'm traveling on a plane not only does the noise canceling drown out the air noise but it also drowns out people I don't want to hear (like screaming babies and people who like to talk just to talk). If you are looking for an inexpensive set of wireless/Bluetooth ear buds then this might do the trick if you're not worried about brand names.

After charging twice, it stopped holding charge. I returned the item.
