Nice head set works great long lasting battery would buy it again.

I do not like that the headphones don't retract automatically. It does hold a decent charge but the range is not as good as others.

I tried three other headsets before discovering the insignia. It has a long battery life, sits comfortably on my neck, the magnets are sturdy to hold earpieces well, and the sound quality is excellent ! I only wish the whole ear-bud industry would give another size smaller earpieces, but that is my problem, not that of this excellent piece of workmanship!

I received my headset on a sale like many others. Great intro to this type of device. I like the fact that it was easy to connect, HOWEVER, it does have rather short range and I sometimes get background static. I thought I would grade it in the 4 star range, but recently I've had issues of it not syncing via Bluetooth. I've had to sync and unsync TWICE, so I feel it's heading towards the end of it's lifespan. I've only had the device for maybe half a year, so that's surprising to see issues so soon. Great price point, great to use at the gym and easy to sync, lifespan and range are questionable, thus 3 stars.

I was willing to pay twice the amount for a pair of BT headphones, but this seemed like a better choice at the time. In normal operation, they are just okay. Sound quality is average. For phone calls, I get complaints that I can't be heard and complaints of background noise, even when I am sitting in a perfectly quiet room with no other people present. After 10 months of minimal use, the wire on the left earbud has apparently shorted. The wires are so thin, it is not doubt that this would happen. So, now I am stuck using it with one earbud. Stinks!

for the price, it has decent sound quality. The battery performance is also acceptable. i mostly listen to music on this.

Got these so I can wear to work. One to hear music and don't miss any calls and to cancel work noise out. Does both.

20 TO 100 CHEAPER THAN THE LG BLUETOOTH. GOOD BATTERY LIFE. AWSOME SOUND.

Excellent sound quality and features for the price.

Great battery life! I can listen and talk for days on a single full charge. Sound quality is good, but certainly could be better. The microphone is exceptional when on calls. I love that it vibrates when there are incoming calls and you can answer when you're not near your device. Overall great device!

These wireless bluetooth earphones work great. Great quality, easy to set up, feel comfortable, honestly when I'm not listening to music I tend to forget they are around my neck. Glad I bought them.

The sound is great, and not many problems pairing, but the deal breaker is the size of these. I had a pair of LG Tone Pros that recently stopped working and bought these as a replacement. The LGs were the perfect size. These flop all over the place while doing cardio on the elliptical. I had to hold them the entire time, which defeats the purpose of wireless. Definitely returning them. They are meant for minimal activity, listening to music while still, etc.

All is well with this headphone until I move my head or neck to the left and the stream is interfered with. This becomes very annoying. Perhaps it needs to be longer for us who have bigger heads or at least the description should say something. I would return it but have need of it until I find something better.

I have been using this for 3 months now. Sound quality is ok for the price, but recently the device switches off and on frequently for no reason. It is getting tough to keep it continuously switch on for 10 minutes.

Sound and battery life is good, but if you move around even with the phone in your pocket the sound cuts in and out. What's the point of Bluetooth headphones if you can't move around?

These are some great headphones . Insignia is a strong brand in the game and I am very satisfied with these.

worked great on a 7-hour flight and still had power. Easily re-charges. Very comfortable and easy to use.

Great battery life, quality of audio is crystal clear. My wife cant thank me enough.
