we didn't go in expecting greatness for the price but we were pleasantly surprised...decent sound, clear calls...only complaint is they are a little clunky

I love this product this is second one. However, I use often and I broke the last one. Its a good product and great product.

Bought this as a Father's Day gift for a 60 yr old. He enjoyed being able to answer and hear clearly without having to hold the phone.

Got them on sale at a great price and they work great for my needs..good clear sound when talking and listening to music

I am sitting at my desk listening to music then all of a sudden it looses range, it starts beeping like it is trying to get the signal back, I really don't like this product. I lost my LG's so I bought these, threw the package away so I am stuck with them until I get a new pair. Will never buy Best Buy store brand again!

I have a iphone 6 and a dell venue pro 8. I was able to pair to both units. But the headphones wouldn't automatically switch to the other. I would listen to music during day and watch Netflix on dell at night as I've been doing with earbuds and the headphones would not sync with the dell. I had to turn off Bluetooth on both units and start over and then only listen to one. What a big hassle. I returned them and was told to try the Lg's which I will do when they go on sale again.

work pretty good, you can sync to multiple phones at once (office phone and cell phone). Kind of bulky though.

I purchased this March 10, 2016. Last night April 19th it stopped working without warning. I bought them for workout purposes. It drowns out a lot of outside noise but occasionally the sound would break up while my iPhone was right near it in my armband. And then clunk! Nothing. I called Best Buy they said they couldn't take it back because it was more than 14 days and because I didn't purchase extra protection plan. I wasn't even offered that. I called Insignia (# is on the box) and they gave me a case # and directions to take it to the store for a return. I did so tonight and after 15 mins of people not knowing how to resolve I finally walked out with a new set. Should this happen again with this brand I'm going to go through the same process but upgrade to another brand. Hans the store manager said that would be fine.

I must say that I am very pleased with this headset. I have small ears so I have been buying Bluetooth's and returning them because of the small ear syndrome. The fact that this is an ear bud, it may definitely be a keeper. Works great, the people I talk to can hear me clearly, blocks out wind but not all.

Love them! Great quality, light weight, very confortable!

Bluetooth worked fine for three weeks then everyone said they could hear me but couldn't understand me

I got this product for my wife and she loves it. Now she can do work around the house while on the phone lol.

It's just as good as the LG tones...but less expensive

This is exactly the perfect gift for someone who enjoys listening to their radio to do it without any cords. Seriously you aren't going to pull and drop your iPad and it's good sound quality!

These work well but if you move even slightly the signal cuts out. If you flying on a plane or remaining still on a bus these are good. If you're walking around with them on and turn your head, the signal will drop for a few seconds.

I was impressed at first, then they had issues within a week of ownership. Buttons would stop functioning, so I'd have to turn headphones on/off or reconnect them, or they'd disconnect at random with a flashing light and you'd have to connect to a charger for a minute to get them to work. Those are all problems I had on a ultra cheap pair! Now they completely stopped working. The battery died, so I charged for a hour, no "power on" voice or light. Placed on charger again, acted as if it was never charged (red light), tried again for a third time... Nothing. 3 months and they won't hold a charge. I had higher hopes for these based on reviews. I should have just bought the tones instead. Junk

Just what I expected. My first time using this brand but was looking for something inexpensive but of good quality and this meets those expectations.

I bought these because they were cheaper than the LG Tone's. What a terrible choice. The microphone didn't work, so I couldn't call anyone, and when I listened to music I got static. If it couldn't get any worse the ear buds blew out after a week of use. DONT BUY THESE
