    The bluetooth headset does the job so far it has been relyable,very easy to work and comfortable .Best Buy worked with me when i had to exchange another headset that had malfunctioned thanks Best Buy

    The sound is actually very clear and loud. Very convenient when driving and at the gym work out. Love the fact that I can talk through them and the voice calls are clear and good quality.

    This is my 2nd time of purchasing this product. good value for the $ but in the design the on/off button should be on the outside or on top of unit. My first one with the switch being in the neck would get hit by my neck & say " power on power off" which made me think something is wrong.
