I’m still learning this camera, but it is amazing. The photos/videos are beautiful. I’m having fun with the special effects in post editing with my grand daughters.

Good product, works extraordinary in day and night light.

My Insta360 Ace Pro just overheated, after nearly 17 mins recording at 8k 24, it just shut off. When I turned it back on it was warm to the touch and will no longer recognize the SD card, restarting it multiple times taking the sd card out and back in multiple times, the camera still doesn’t show an SD card is in there. I waited about an hour for it to cool down and it seems to be working normally again with the previous 17mins 8k clip still on the card. Doing another test now to see if it happens again. 3 stars because this feature is important to me and assuming everything else works as hyped. Will update review if allowed.

It is relatively more rugged than my other Canon, Nikon, and Panasonic cameras! It is suitable for outdoor sports activities and is also splash proof. It works as advertised!

I like it a lot more then my gopro. i was in the Ocean with 3 times not over 12 ft deep Did get little water in side charging and sd card area. But still works. Graphics are the best i've seen.

I have used a lot of different action cams and this one is the best. Very good image quality, but it shines even more with its incredible night video quality!

If you are looking for a camera for action, there are better ones on the market. If you are looking for a waterproof camera, this is also not the right one. After a year of use and having paid a higher price after its launch, I discovered that this camera is suitable only for vlogging. Also disappointing are the short battery life and the image quality in low light. As a motorcyclist, used to recording with a helmet-mounted camera, I also disapprove of this one. It is heavier than the competition and more difficult to monitor. But the biggest disappointment came when I tried to record my grandson at the beach, at a depth of 2 feet. It stopped working. I am sending it in to resolve this problem and I’m anxious to see how customer service will handle it, because, according to reviews, this is a weak point of Insta360. I’ll report back on this later.

The 8K is real, and the stabilization is the best. Dynamic range is surprisingly good, so one does not miss log or 10bit.

Pros - good picture and video quality overall. Cons - battery doesn’t last long!! Buy an extra. Buy a 2-prong so you can mount it on a invisible selfie stick. I hope they made the screen polarize so you can still it even if you have sunglasses
