I love how compact and small the camera is! It’s super simple and easy to use, and since it already comes with mounts, I’m able to use the camera to film hands-free. I wore Go 2 on the magnetic necklace when I took my dog out on a walk. I filmed using the Pro Video mode and then I edited it on the Insta360 app so it was really easy to share right after. It’s definitely gonna be my go-to action camera in the future!!

I don't usually write reviews but this tiny thing surprises me. The camera is so tiny but with the best resolution comparing with my iPhone 12. I bought it for capturing short videos and posting them on my social media. The image is much more clear than my phone capture. Insta360 APP makes the file transfer so easy and I can post them directly from the APP. The charging case is also a stand, the accessories that come with the camera allow me to place the camera anywhere from different angles. The Magnet Pendant is my favorite and also gives me lots of good footage on my first-person perspective vlog. I saw some reviews on the battery life and I was a little concerned about it actually last more than two hours of shooting with the charging case so that's not a problem for me. Looking forward to exploring more. So far I love it.

Definitely needs an option for storage sdcard. Also the battery life is horrible and it gets so Hot!

I recently purchased the Insta360 GO2 to use in a RC model to take in-flight films. The horizon lock is fantastic for this type application. Video quality in PRO mode is exceptional and the run time is more than adequate. The only minor drawback is the amount of heat generated by this tiny camera. It requires ample cooling while recording. I am very pleased with the Insta360 software and apps as well.

This camera frees my hand when I put it into the magnetic case that comes within the original package. I helps me record some fun and creative footages without holding it with my hands. And water-proof is defenately a plus for this action camera as well since its size is incredibly small.

I am enjoying this camera, however: -limited recording time due to quick battery discharge -battery discharge speed differs depending on recording mode -gets surprisingly hot, surprisingly fast -timelapse speed adjustments from in app -recording notifications (sounds) -when video recorded using ProVid, when downloaded from camera to computer, two (2) downloads take place: 1) ProVid (enhanced recording) 1) video (standard recording)

I really like the compact factor, the convenient and easy mounting options. The quality and stabilization of the recording is also top notch for something at this price. I would say this is comparable to a GoPro in terms of video quality and stabilization. However, the biggest problem that ruined the Insta360 GO 2 for is that it overheats. It's suppose to be able to get about 30 minutes of video recoding with its onboard 32GB if recording at 2k 60 fps. However, I mounted this on my bike and it was only able to record 5 to 8 minutes at a time, then the yellow light would start to blink, indicating that the camera is overheating. I was willing to overlook the lack of 4k recording due to its size and the quality of the video. 30 minutes of recording isn't even that long, especially because there is no removable battery either, so you would have to stop, put the camera back in its charging case, wait for it to charge in order to record again. I was still willing to overlook this. However, overheating while I'm riding on my bike is unusable. A lot of action cameras will overheat, but they tend to work just fine when I actually use them for action, moving around, biking, etc. Yet, the Insta360 GO 2 still could not record longer than 8 minutes for me. How unfortunate.

I really wanted this to work for me. The camera is a great action camera I loved the necklace and the hat clip. The problem I had is that I am a hairstylist and I wanted it to record short clips of technics that I was doing. I couldn’t comfortably get close enough to have a tighter shot it was always giving me a wider view than I would have liked. I ended up returning it.

Everything is really nice and super small but distance shots make it 4 stars

This camera is so convenient to record our trip to Crater Lake and Portland. It released my hands and did the work.

Great if you need a small form factor but that's all it has going for it. the image is not great and is terrible in low light. Too many stars have to align to get good footage with this for me to recommend it to anyone. App is temperamental and the magnetic case came apart in my camera bag.

I was really looking forward to having an action camera that I could use for my roadtrips and waterpark adventures with the family. However this amazing and feature packed product has a HUGE disadvantage and that is the battery. It doesnt last long at all. and if you use the magnetic setup on your shirt with the disk they give you that thing gets so hot it could leave burn marks on your chest. Other than these issues I would have definitely recommended this with a 5 star review. However as awesome as the product is it isnt worth the purchase especially at $300 when it is hazardous and does not last that long.

Excellent portable action camera! This camera is great at capturing those moments where a larger action camera (like a GoPro) would get in the way. The quality of the video is also really good, too! While it's not 4K resolution, the stabilization is really impressive...which equates to silky smooth footage!

Got if for my dad no complaints it works well and smooth

The camera has good quality video and is very portable. It just overheats too quickly and dies within 15 minutes of use. Should be priced at $100 for the lack of functionality. Just not worth the money. Ended up returning it and buying a GoPro. Hopefully, they fix these issues with the next camera.

wife upgrades her action cam at least twice a year. this one is the easiest yet to mount and use!
