||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this camera online from Best Buy. Best Buy choose to deliver the camera via DoorDash. Within seconds of the camera’s delivery we retrieved the box and found it to be empty. We contacted BestBuy within 15 minutes of the delivery. BestBuy informed us by email they will not replace or refund. We contacted DoorDash, they claimed they had no record of the dask number, BestBuy order number, our phone number, our email address, the name under which they delivered the camera nor our address. The name of the DoorDash driver is Ihsanullah. We lost $405.
