We purchased this camera online from Best Buy. Best Buy choose to deliver the camera via DoorDash. Within seconds of the camera’s delivery we retrieved the box and found it to be empty. We contacted BestBuy within 15 minutes of the delivery. BestBuy informed us by email they will not replace or refund. We contacted DoorDash, they claimed they had no record of the dask number, BestBuy order number, our phone number, our email address, the name under which they delivered the camera nor our address. The name of the DoorDash driver is Ihsanullah. We lost $405.

The camera didn't work for us... its battery doesn't last more than 30 minutes of use.

The product works wonderfully. I'd recommend getting some extra attachments to get the most out of the camera. But just the magnetic feature on the camera already does a lot.

Fast and easy ,order online ,pickup instore. Sealed unopened box . Charge up in 30 minutes, low light is good . Order the remote ring which turn on and off recording instantly.
