Too hard to download videos to platform.

It took 2 days. The service is very poor and difficult to find help. They work on China time so can’t get help most of the time.

Great camera for beginners
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my first insta360 camera. I've been longing to own one long before. Finally I did my best to buy it. I'm still on the process of completing it's useful accessories. I already bought most of the necessary accessories. So far I loved it still learning and explore some of its tricks. Can't wait to go to an adventure to really try its capabilities.

So disappointed...

I felt it was quirky from the get-go. I really wanted this to work so I was willing to accept its shortcomings after I became aware of them. It stopped recording anywhere from 10-20 minutes and would freeze up while saving videos (The red light would stay on as if it were charging). The video quality, the desktop app, and the ability to use from my iPhone and Apple Watch were great!

Slow, clumsy, cheap and an absolute waste of money

Both the app and software are a nightmare. I literally want to rip my eyes out at this point. I'm so sick of trying to get this thing to work night after night. and forget it if you have a samsung zflip. The app stalls more than a car in the a junk yard car. BUY A GOPRO!
