    Beware - under "Features" it states "Includes extra Insta360 ONE X cold-weather battery" NOT! - I ordered online and no battery was received - customer service offered to reship the order but could not guarantee the battery would be included. I jwent to the local Best Buy store and just bought the last battery they had in stock. Today it is 6 days before Christmas - for $22 I could not be bothered to a) return the original order, and tak the chance (and wait) for a replacement to arrive (probably still without a battery).

    Charges 2 batteries at once, unfortunately it did not come with the extra battery, like it says. Customer service was happy enough to give me a 10% refund though. All in all, it does what it does.

    This unit works well and the indicator lights are extremely visible. Great way to have two batteries ready to go at once.

    This is a solid charger that charges each battery independently. It’s compact and uses any standard USB charger and micro USB cable.

    Will be returning, description says comes with 1 cold weather battery. Item just arrived with only charging dock, cable and wall adapter.
