I’m really impressed with this 360 camera! The video quality is outstanding — super clear and vibrant, even in lower light. It captures every angle perfectly, and the stabilization is incredibly smooth. I’ve used it for travel, outdoor adventures, and even casual moments, and it always delivers professional-looking footage. The setup was quick and simple, and the app works flawlessly for controlling the camera and editing clips. I love how easy it is to share videos directly to social media — everything feels seamless and fast.

Build quality is good. Camera itself is fairly sturdy and easy to use. Editing can only be done with proprietary software so it can be a little frustrating editing videos the way you want. The included lens covers scratch VERY easily and should be used with care. My only real gripe about this camera is that it's an absolute pain pushing the buttons when you're wearing thick gloves.

I ordered my first one online and it worked for a day until I did a firmware update then it no longer worked. No fault of Best Buy I returned to the store and they gladly exchanged it for another. This camera takes amazing photos and video. With the 360 there is no chance of missing a shot. No need to make sure it’s pointing the right direction either. Battery life is much more than you get from a GoPro. The editing software makes for fast turnaround on your videos. Looking forward to many more moments captured with this camera!

I’ve been using the Insta360 X4 for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The 8K video looks sharp, and the battery life is solid too. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone into content creation.

The X4 is an awesome product. I love that you do not have to worry about framing as you record. There are a ton of options available for creativity and the possibilities are endless. The only complaint I have is the app that pairs with the camera updates frequently and the UI seems to change so much it becomes confusing. Otherwise I would highly this camera to anyone looking for unique and creative content. So many possibilities!

​I really love my Insta360 X4. The camera is great and the app is honestly amazing—there are so many cool things you can do with your videos. ​The only problem is that the files are huge and take up way too much space on my phone. It feels like if you don't have a ton of storage, you're forced to buy their premium subscription just to manage everything. ​Great camera and awesome app, but the storage issue is a real headache!

This was my first 360 degree camera. It is awesome! I mostly use it when cycling (just to make sure if anything happens, I have a video of it). It is also very useful in family events like my child's birthday. The camera just sits there and films everything (thanks to the long listing battery, which was the main reason I bought this camera).

I love this camera. I use my motorcycle all the time and I use my bicycle when I go to the beach too. I use it for everything. It’s amazing. I think it could be better at night because at night is not so perfect though super camera and the feature 360 it’s amazing

Bought this for our 19 yr old grandson, who lives in Germany, and only see twice a year. He promises to capture his adventures to share with us with his new camera. So far a ski trip in Austria, and the photos are amazing!

This camera is great for video; it shoots clear and highly stable videos in 360, but it lacks that same quality if you use it as a single lens camera. Obviously, it’s meant for 360 footage, but for those single lens shots that come about, the quality is slightly diminished while using one lens. Also, the camera gets very hot if it’s stationary. If you aren’t moving it around and getting good air flow, the camera heats up fast (like most action cameras). The advertised 72 megapixel images are super noisy in lower light situations, and even during the day, details in the images are very pixelated when you zoom in. I was disappointed with the photo image quality overall. But, it is a very cool camera and takes excellent 360 video footage, so if that’s what you’re looking for, then this camera will be a solid choice. I’d check out the new X5 though for better all-around image quality and functionality.

If not the x5, get the x4! It shoots perfectly and the best quality for low environments and bright environments! I recommend this camera for people who want to start with insta 360

At first a little confusing but after a while it’s easy to use.As far as 360 camera this is the one best for our door and budget friendly. Good quality.just wish the battery last longer, bother then that good smooth camera

I like the 360 video camera but it is not so nice if it is dark. I need to get used to handling it without seeing the screen of what I am taking and if I use my phone, its too much to handle two things at the same time. Or maybe I need more time to learn how to use it efficiently. Anyway, it is a good product and it is used to capture big scope of an area.
