Absolutely useless. The "professional" installers could not complete the installation and ultimately left my new range scratched and in the middle of my kitchen floor. I definitely do nit recommend the $499 Complex Installation option.

Tech tried to force my very expensive 30 inch wide professional oven the wrong way though my pocket door and scraped the frame of the door and then told me that he would force it through if I wanted him to that would have damaged my oven and door frame. I told him to turn it around and that it would fit. Then I asked why he isn't changing my gasline and he said that the one I bought through Bestbuy was too long and the existing one is fine. They were both the same size and he was just being lazy.

I was charged for Complex Range Install and it was supposed to be included. I have yet to see a refund.
I have spoken with customer support and to no avail I have sent letters to three of your top executives and no response.
Not only was my install to be included but your install sub-contractor charged on top another $90.00.

Sadly, the installation has not gone well.
Our high shelf is loose and the installation company came to inspect and are not able to make it right.
We contacted the store manager at Pacific Sales and a repair company came but again, was not able to make it right. He stated that Viking will have to approve it and mentioned the installation may have gone wrong.
So, we are STILL waiting for this product to be made right.
We are not happy with this purchase nor the installation.

The team did a nice job with my new range, and went the extra mile to take away my old one, which solved a scheduling problem where these two actions were scheduled for different days

Great Range at Great Price

The JennAir 36" range has all the pro features, style and construction we wanted at a comfortable price. Operating the digital screen which controls the oven takes some time to fully understand. Once learned the features are amazing. We really love the "Simmer" feature on the surface units. Cooking on this range makes us feel like pro chefs!

South Bay Installation:
Poor Communication
Poor service
Oven doors NOT on correct- contacted them immed. Not sure they care
Had to wait three weeks for excellent Thermador spec. to fix this easy problem. Great Help from Best Buy.

The set up crew sent out to install our new range was great. They were efficient, friendly, and their work was clean.
