Great product with ease of clean up and variety of cooking options. So far so good, enjoying all tje features it offers. Haven't baked yet, but all features i have used were great!

I feel disappointed. I bought it because I need the grill function to grill vegetables more than anything. Unfortunately, it stopped working on second use. Totally no power when plugged in. I am upset it is not returnable, past return date by few days.

Got the item returned, got the refund. A month latergot charged again for the same amount. If not having the SMS set up I'd be charged again. Be aware! Avoid Best besy as much as possible.

Takes too long to cook

This is a true and honest not paid promotion (propaganda). This thing is soo huge, that you would think it would cook alot at once, but when i have to cook more than four burgers I end up using more energy than my stove. It also stinks up my studio apartment so much, that it makes my bed sheets smell like meat. I only have four walls with no windows, or bathroom so when people come over they think I am using the bathroom in a hidden bucket. I would not recommend for single 45 year old divorced Dads that live in a 400 sq ft studio apartment.
