Raves for the 6 Qt Insta-Pot

I have the 8 QT one and it is just to big for a family of 2. These are great for quick meals and tender, flaky meats fir tacos.

He had recently had some health issues and needed to start managing his meals better. Got him the cookbook and he has gone to town on it and uses it daily. We traveled to visit him and my wife gave him some pointers and he loves this device. Now we need to get him one of those steam diverters. We have the dragoon but need something to make his unique.

Performs a variety of cooking functions. Got this off a deal on Thanksgiving and it has been an absolute value for money. The best part is very easy cleaning. Grease doesn't stick to the pan. I wish they also provided a glass lid but that can be purchased separately, I think.

One ouch multi-cooker is user friendly and can create always anything. Came with easy to read instructions and some hints on how to make certain foods. Love, love the instant pot for cutting time cooking, on what otherwise could take a long time to cook on a stovetop. Easy to clean, not so heavy, and user friendly

Use vinegar to clean residue

This thing is awesome. It took some time getting the timing of the meat and vegetables together but after I figured it out it makes everything so good. It’s super easy to use. I recommend cleaning it first before and after the test run and use vinegar to clean the residue.

Should have bought one years ago

Wow why did I wait, everything cooks crazy fast and the best thing is no more wondering exactly how mushy everything will turn out like with a regular crock pot. So far everything has turned out really good! That dinosaur is destined for the yard sale next spring.

It's a game changer for sure. I have found found myself using it mostly for the high pressure and steaming methods (The meat you can make with this thing is unreal), and it has given me fall-off-the-bone amazingness each time. Love it!
