No more firing up the oven on those hot summer day

No more fast food because I forgot to thaw something. In fact it's probably quicker than running to the nearest grease shack. chicken (frozen block) and creamy rice in 30 minutes? Yes indeed. Got kid off to college? Don't get them the ubiquitous hot plate or microwave. Get them one of these. A full, healthy meal in little time and they can wow their new SO with their cooking skills.
