Excellent and Fast, I was amazed at how much speed I gained from adding this drive. Also you can download the Intel SSD Toolbox which also keeps the firmware updated and optimizes the drive

I was skeptical about whether the solid state drive would truly speed up my laptop as much as I was told. I was completely surprised and extremely happy with the upgrade. My PC now loads almost as fast as my MAC. I would recommend upgrading to a solid state drive to anyone considering it.

Installed SSD to replace old and slow Toshiba Portege laptop hard drive. Used Intel software to migrate data from old drive to new one with minimal difficulty. Boot up time now less than 15 seconds compared to > 1 minute with old setup. Saved money by doing install/data transfer myself.

SSD is nice and fast, though occasionally I will see the I/O drop to nothing for half a second to a second for no reason during a large transfer. Doing the same transfer on an identical machine (Asus Q552 laptop) with a Sandisk SSD I won't see the hang. I'm not sure if the SSD needs a firmware update or mine is defective, but it's no worrysome enough to return or really even complain.

So far this drive seems faster than my old Samsung drive. It's been easy to set up. I had no problem installing Windows 8.1 I just wish I could have been able to afford a larger drive.

intel makes the best ssd's. However this is one of the lowest series they make. It seemed to do much better than the pny brand, but costs more. Its my experience that intel's ssds last longer or degrade less than most of the competitors.

For now and for the price this does the job well.With m.2 coming in the pictures and faster read and write speeds this will not stand close to it. if you are upgrading from a hard drive and want something faster, you will love this. Overall its a good product but i would recomened the sandisk ultra ssd which is a little faster for the same price.

Although it lacks the cloning software, it is a very good drive. I purchased a cloning kit and it worked great. We put these in all of our workstations straight out of the box have they really speed up the system.

Intel SSDs are all solid performers if the large field of SSDs, and the 535 series is NO exception. Two of these 240 Gb drives in a mirror-RAID configuration makes the perfect boot drive for any desktop system.

Excellent drive... the transfer software was worthless for me.. it would error out in the first few seconds of the attempt.. also the provided cd does not have the transfer software on it...

This SSD is great value for the storage capacity, reliability and speed it offers. Using this in my Samsung laptop and it has given it an immediate speed boost. Windows and programs load up much faster and since no moving parts I feel so much better about the safety of my data using this SSD.

Was a bit hard to install because of my lack of knowledge on what I would need to install my iso on to the new ssd, Once it was done it works like a charm and it kills in speed.

Plugged it in, installed the backup software, backup old system disk, swapped the old system disk;s and SSD's SATA cables. rebooted and was working much faster with no issues.

I installed this drive on a Dell Latitude E6410-i7 laptop. Boot time has been reduced to 20 seconds, and my battery life extended by 15%. Superb speed, Intel quality.

I chose Intel's little expensive one over other brands due to the reliability of Intel's products and MLC over V-NAND due to its better TCO.

Purchased this to replace the hard drive in my MacBook Pro. It works great and has been a huge improvement, almost like buying a new computer.

I used in my old Mac Pro. The Boot time is 40% faster and the machine feels snappy again. I am very pleased with the results.

I've run several Intel SSDs, and each one has been a solid and stable storage device. They aren't the fastest on the market (especially with NVME out), but they are quick enough for all of what I do.

Very fast, works as advertised. Geek Squad was very helpful on information about the drive and its capabilities.

Runs great so far. Had this installed in place of hdd that came pre-installed. Love the extra boost of speed.
