I would recommend this product for any new computer system. Boot up time is less than 10 seconds!!!!!

I purchased this Intel SSD because i wanted to try something different from Samsung. Does not top SAmsunsg SSD performance but it's still a good SSD.

Installed easily OS picked it up formatted and ready to go piece of cake.

I choose the Intel 535 SSD based on ratings and reviews online. It's not the fastest SSD on the market in this price class, but it has very good reliability reports. I used this drive in a server to store a subversion repository. It replaced an older Intel X25 drive. The performance is nearly twice as fast on the new drive. It's working very well with a ZFS file system. I did attempt to align to 4k. Trim support appears to be working OK. As the drive seems to be handling the modest working in the server for SSD, it should be quite usable in a desktop or laptop system.

I have been using INTEL SSD since the 40 gig Intel SSD were sold, I find these are very dependable and have not yet had a failure, as compared to the competitor Samsung. Read and Write speeds quoted are not the only factor when choosing a SSD. Some SSDs with fast write speeds perform very poorly on smaller files, this is not true for INTEL SSD.

There are many SSD hard drives on the market but one of the things I love about the Intel hard drive is that you can always count on a hard drive with superior quality and a great name backing it up

When Windows 10 came out, it was time for a new SSD. This is double the size of my old drive. So out came the old drive, in with this new one, reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate, upgraded to Windows 10.
