    When my grandson told me that this was one of the products he needed for the PC he is building, I gladly bought it for him. He's 14 and a great boy. He has done a lot for me, and I was very happy to do this for him. He picked out all the quality products and I gifted them to him as a thank you for being all that he is.

    Really no reason to go i7 or i9 if you are only gaming. This CPU packs enough performance for gaming. The only issue is that you need a good cooler. This puppy runs hot! Even with the CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler, it runs hotter than I'd like.

    This processor is very fast. Used its integrated graphics for a couple of months to play games, and it runs them smoothly

    Had a 5900x but alot of cooling issues. Yes it gave very high gaming performance. However i switched to this and its the same performance, and yet stays very cool. Not sure why people say that this cpu runs hot. Load does not boost watts like a ryzen so im already happy as it is.

    Best cpu I've owned. Can beat any stock cpu with easy overclock. Fast is fast and get this. worth it.

    The new 12th gen CPUs have their quirks, but I’m impressed with the speed and horsepower the 12600k provides
