The best CPU I've ever had blazing fast speeds!!!!

Excellent cpu, doesn't run as hot as some say. Have mine over clocked to 4.8 all cores 1.25v and never see Temps hit 60c under load. Did overclock it to 5.1ghz on all cores 1.35v and Temps were 75 to 78c which is still decent. But be mindfull it all depends on cooling and silicon lottery. Im running a corsair h150i 360 aio radiator.

Intel has done it again with this chip, and it performs as I expected for the price. Easily overclocks with Turbo Boost to the advertised 4.8 GHz with zero issues. Couldn't get my chip stable at 5.0 GHz, but that's most likely just luck of the draw. Games, rendering, you name it are all fast and smooth. If your budget allows for this CPU, you won't regret picking this up.

Want your computer to work almost as fast as your brain? You need this processor, backed up with a good motherboard and memory your pc will run faster than you. Install on new build was straight forward, used a water cooling heat sink on this build and it runs perfect. I have not tried to overclock it at all, I see no need at this point.

Pros: This CPU is great. We paired ours with a Corsair AIO cooler and it's fantastic. We bought two and built two computers and they both are just what we wanted. Cons: The decorative container in the picture was broken for both CPUs. Fortunately this didn't bother the CPUs at all, as they are inside a protective box in the center. In addition, there was a price decrease and when I went to get a price match the CSR tried to tell me how their policy is that only one item may be price matched. I let him know that it was either price match both or I'd happily return one and then turn around and buy it again at the lower price. After "talking with his supervisor" he was able to provide a price match on both units "just this once". I absolutely won't stand for that, so if this kind of thing happens again I will return the whatever. You either match the price or don't, people sometimes buy more than one of something.

Fast, overclocks well (I'm at a continuous 5.1GHz stable without running much of a sweat) and runs around 50-60C under load with a Corsair H115 water cooler. Haven't seen much reason to upgrade to an 11th gen CPU yet. This one continues to shred most everything I throw at it.

I primarily use it for gaming, so being able to OC to a stable 5.1 ghz is huge seller to me. This cpu is probably overkill is any of today’s gaming and I would recommend going with 9700k over this IF you are purely using for gaming. But also being able to use my pc as a workstation is a definite plus.

Just recently had a new gaming computer build, this processer can handle anything you throw at it from gaming to any type of high workload software like Adobe. I couldn't have made a better decision and recommend this to anyone wanting a reliable and extremely fast processor. Best processor on the market for the money.

Not huge performance gain compared to the cor i7 9700K when it comes to gaming and overclock-ability. I am using it in my gaming rig paired with aorus 390 pro motherboard and Nvidia RTX gigabybe windforce oc 2080 super gpu. still witnessed some better performance than the I7. but i dont know if it is $100+ more performance. either way great cpu. reaches 5Ghz with some tweeking involved. Also runs a little hotter because of the logical cores at 16 and actual at 8. I am happy with it though, dont get me wrong.

Great processer, easy to overclock. I got lucky with mine and test in the 92nd percentile. This CPU will not let you down. I've thrown a lot at it many times and I've never had any problems. After switching from AMD I'd honestly never go back.

This CPU is a godsend. I had issues with frame stuttering while doing 3d design and sheet installing this I no longer had any issues, plus I can run way more programs at the same time!

I upgraded from an I7700 to the I9900K and the results are amazing, my computer is running faster and smoother and I am getting a lot more frame rates when Over clocking this CPU. Very easy to install. Must get!!!

The processor has great performance. Runs cooler than the i7 7700k I replaced it with. I overclocked it to 5ghz on all cores stable. Highly recommend albeit comes with a hefty price tag.

Picked this on sale cause i already had board to use and it was just laying around. This cpu is on par with a 10700k. Upgraded from 8700k and have the 9900k @5.0 ghz all cores 1.32 volts it does run a little warm but with stock clock and a decent AIO shouldnt be any problems. Now onto usage i game at 1440 p and live stream at same time using x264 encoder in obs and this thing does really great!

Easy to overclock to 5.1 GHz in a matter of just a few minutes. You can certainly go higher but this baby gets real power hungry and generates a great deal of heat. Performs and benchmarks exactly as expected.

Runs absolutely great, haven’t had any issues with it so far and it runs super fast. Stable at 4.8 and turbos up past 5.1. Would definitely recommend this chip to anyone interested in it.

Really happy with how my PC runs with this inside. It really compliments my rtx 2080 ti nicely. I would recommend this processor if you multi task and use high end games.

Upgrade from an i5, it was a beast. Handles a lot of things well. Dont need to overclock it, handles just fine without adding extra. Make sure you have proper cooling for it.

Love this cpu, use it for gaming and streaming, seems to be able to keep up with the 5000 kbps bitrate, not overheating with water cooler. Playing modern warfare and streaming and only reaching 68.

Great cpu. Intel really should be past 14nm but this still works well for gaming and high cpu use apps. Nice and quiet with a 360mm AIO water cooler depending on load.
