I have used Webroot for such a long time that I do not remember when I first started using it. Since that time I have never regretted buying it for my laptop. Webroot literally keeps me out of danger when I'm on the web searching for something or just playing Solitaire. When I am about to go into a nefarious site, Webroot alerts me that I should not proceed. It allow me to still make the decision to continue or go back to safety. I feel confident with Webroot keeping me away from dangerous sites. I also like the two year warranty I get with Best Buy in addition to webroot warranty. I know Webroot is working 24/7 protecting me from threat on my laptop even when I'm not aware. Every year I renew my prescription and the Geek Squad handles everything when I need assistance. I am seventy years old and need a lot it comes to understanding todays technology.

Great product--I never thought that I would get computer viruses because I am pretty careful. Webroot never detected anything and I began to wonder if this program really worked. Since Webroot has the option to add protection to multiple devices, I added it to my brother's computer which was infested with malware. After installation, somewhere between 50-60 computer viruses were found. The software was able to uninstall the viruses and malware. Malware Bytes, another antivirus program, detected 4 extra viruses that Webroot did not detect, but I think for the average user who doesn't participate in sketchy online activity, Webroot will take care of all your needs. Having 2 antivirus programs may be suitable for some.

I have tried numerous virus programs usually free for a period of time with a new computer. I have had Mcaffee, Norton and others. Some viruses have slipped through using these. I have been using Webroot for a number of years now and not once have I had an issue. It has caught some viruses before they had a chance to do anything on my computer whereas the others had let some through then I had to go through the painful removal processes. I see no need to change anti-virus programs Webroot has served me well!

I have been using Webroot for years it works great. I haven't had any issues with it at all. It works wonderfully. It does its scan once a day, and if I think I got a virus, I do another scan. It caught it a few times for me. I trust it. So far, it has protected my computer for years. Not sure if it's pricy or not. I don't go looking for other protection. I trust Webroot. So I keep using it.

We love our Webroot. We've had it on our PC for a long time and had to but a new PC from best buy. Glad we did. It's Great. I thought they was going to transfer my webroot off my old PC over to my PC, but it didn't work out that way. I had to cancel my old one and I'll have to buy a new coverage. It's well worth it as they take away the worrie's about bugs and worms.

I like webroot however for how much i pay for a year on my macbook for it i spent a month with it down because they didnt have it updated to fit my mac which is a yearly occurrence and it make my laptop glitchy when it cant update….and it does scan alright but it would be nice if there was an option for it to delete dupe files taking up space which brings me too The optimization and it doesn’t do that well if not at all so 1 stars on that,however my laptop has been virus free since i mod my games on it so 5 stars on that part.

As a senior citizen purchasing a laptop I was a bit overwhelmed. Amber put me at ease and listened to what I wanted. She was very supportive knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I love that my laptop gets scanned for problems every day. I've had other virus protection subscriptions but they all failed me. This Webroot Security hasn't failed me yet. I've had it for about five years with no issues. The scan is informative i.e. showing what search engine or site may have a leak, etc. Worth every cent!

Have had this security system since I purchased a computer with no problems, probably over five years or so now. Does exactly what it is suppose to do to protect my computer. Works in the back ground so it doesn't interfer with you if working on the computer, Always informs what is found after it scans the computer.

I've had programs that blocked what they should have let thru & let thru what they should have blocked! After the first month I was comfortable enough to set this program & forget it. Controls are set to auto so the program scans at the frequency I set. So far nothing has gotten through and considering I'm a web browser, and a gamer that is a Big accomplishment!

Works great, Keeps my comupter working great. It checks out my system as you would expect it to do. All ways checking to see if someone is trying to hack the system. I feel safe knowing it's running 24 hours a day and is checking out the system. It does the job it' was set up to do.
