Disgusted with program

I am using excel to do my accounting. Payroll was not achievable without spending more money. For me it was a waste of money.

This program is not user friendly.

If you purchase this program, you had better be prepared to also purchase the online tech support which is an additional $89.00. I spent hours working on this program and I still can not figure out how to get my statements stamped with the "paid" watermark. I also can not reconcile my statements without having my customer payments in the paid out column. I haven't bought the tech support but I see no alternative to fixing my problems.
