Why so hard?

Needed to get Geek Squad involved due to some downloading issues. Took about an hour to get sorted out. Apparently some issue with Intuit and Best Buy communication. Whatever! Go to the store and get the disk and save yourself the hassle.

WORDING ON BOX COVER IS MISLEADING.

Had to call toll free number to have a rep remotely "take over" my computer to override the charge. I ended up doing my own PA tax. The step-by-step instructions are clear but Turbo Tax makes you pay an additional amount for the state when you first buy the software and then an extra amount for the state. Very misleading.
