I purchased this but was unable to get it to download. I called the Geek Squad and was told that for a $179 annual fee they could help me. Dumbest thing I’ve ever been told as the software cost me about a fourth of that.. I told them I just wanted a refund and was told all software sales are final. I went to Walmart and bought the program and it downloaded just fine...also for $10 less than Best Buy. I have spent many tens of thousands of dollars at Best Buy ever since you first opened. I won’t spend another penny with you after that “customer service”!

Review What? I purchased this product in the beginning of January but only recently got all the paperwork together to start working on my taxes. I clicked on the icon to start, it downloaded a few updates, and then asked me to key in a activation code. I purchased the download version from Best Buy and didn't have a CD to look at the packaging to get a code, Further investigation Intuit says Best Buy was supposed to give me the code. So now I have 2020 Turbo Tax Deluxe loaded on my PC totally useless without a activation code.

Not as easy as they claim. I also had problems getting the digital copy to install. I am computer savvy, but it took me a few to get it to work.

After my purchase showed up in my digital downloads, the link sent me to the TurboTax download . Unfortunately, the code Best Buy provided wouldn’t work. I spent 15 min on phone with TurboTax working problem only to be told the provided code was not valid. I then spent 30+ min with 4 different Best Buy agents via chat and phone, where I stated I know simple wanted a refund...since they couldn’t resolve the problem. I was then told I had to send an email with a screenshot illustrating the problem. I provided an email with the screenshot and my request for a refund. Later that day, received an email saying it was being escalated as this was a known problem and they would get back to me. I sent another email saying I don’t want to wait...return my funds and I will buy directly from TurboTax. Best Buy’s issues with digital downloads and forcing a customer through a resolution and refund process sucks.

Well, I had to do my taxes. So here we are. The government should do your taxes for you. Tax companies lobby the government to not do it, so they can sell their services. It’s crazy to go to a restaurant, you tell them how much you owe them for the pizza and you go to jail if you get it wrong. It’s like that, which is bananas.

Had some minor issues downloading this software. Improvements needed

The down load didn't work and I had to call turbotax for help but after two attempts and several hours on the phone with them they refunded my money best to go to web site and down load directly from them

Check what you’re buying if you want Mac or dos cause once you buy the digital version your stuck. Product is goid but Best Buy advertising is deceiving and what you want us not what you get

Product sucks. I downloaded it, activated it with the product code and it was initially working fine. I began working on my return. I've opened the program a few times and it required updates which is normal. Today I went back in, it did a normal update but when it was finished, it said the product needs to be activated again and I don't currently have access to the product key as the site is down. It is worthless if I have to activate the program after every single update and a huge waste of time.

It did not download onto my computer and best buy want give me a refund. I don't recommend buying a downloadable version.
