If you use a W2 this is probably much easier to use, but if you have a 1099 or some other tax form, it is not an easy software to use.

Dont buy the download version. Doesn't work.i won't buy a download program again.

NNever could download big waste of money I would never buy this again

The product itself if great but Best Buy download process did not work. Spent 2 hours with 3 different Geek Squad people and could not get the software to download. I called Turbotax and they resolved the problem in 5 minutes.

I could not bring up the Turbo Tax from Best Buy to work on my computer. I had to buy Turbo Tax from them directly, the code I was supposed to use did not work. Next year, I am just going to buy it directly from Turbo Tax and save myself a lot of headaches and grief.

I downloaded turbo tax and there was a glitch in the software so it didn't accept my return, then it told me to fill something out because of software now it's under review. Never again a. I using turbo tax

I was very disappointed with the digital program. I wasn’t able to download to get it to work on my computer. Had to make another purchase for the actual software from Sams Club

Don't buy from Best buy. Instead of that go directly to Turbo tax. If for some reason you can't download it Best buy will not refund your money.

The description indicated it would be used to file both Federal and State. For State, you have to pay an additional $20 to efile.

No good need to have a brand new PC. Mine is old.

I use Turbotax Deluxe every year & have never had any problem... once had to download twice, but that could have been our internet (has a tendency to be touchy) Only wish they would add a free online State submission. But they are upfront about that & it has always been that way, so...

The download process is not seamless. Buy from BB. Get order confirmation email. Wait. Get second email. Click download. Set up Intuit account. Login to Intuit. Put in code. "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." 30 minutes after I received BB's "Your digital download is ready" email, my digital download is not ready. No idea if it's a Best Buy or TurboTax problem.

I have to give information to Best Buy - create an account, so I can get a link which goes to intuit and create another account, before I can download the file. 2 more databases I am in with my address and phone number and email address so I can get more spam and increase identity theft because I am in 2 more databases that can be hacked.

Like other reviews I have read here, I could not download this software. I have relatively new computers and could not get it to work for the Mac or PC. I contacted Best Buy Help to learn that it is nonrefundable. I will call Turbo Tax again to see if they will be willing to help me get it to work or to give me something that works. I do not usually write reviews but this has been a time consuming issue and frustrating. Do not order this here.
