This was my second year filing using this method. Easier the second time because I was more familiar with the various sections. You follow the prompts and complete the sections that apply to you. It covers everything. It allows you to save and go back later, and review all sections prior to submitting. You can save your electronic file for your records and/or print hard copy.

First, it was easy enough to buy and do the online download from Best Buy. Second, I've been using turbotax for years without any problems. Since it has been offered I have been using the online filing option both federal and state without any problems. I can't compare it to other products because I've never used any others and haven't felt any need to try something else.

been using Turbotax for many years. the digital download is great, no trip to the store, no DVD drive on newer laptops isn't an issue. This is the 2nd time purchasing the digital download from Best Buy, this year I had a problem with the key code provided. After several days of unable to download and install I had to call Inuit. They were able to resolve the issue.

I have used TurboTax for more than 15 years. TurboTax will automatically pull your information from the previous year, saving time. Using their program does not require a degree in accounting; instead, it offers you the opportunity to walk through everything with their guidance or to choose your own debit/credit entries. They also help you get the best refund available.

Used the download feature via Best Buy to receive my product. It was really nice to not have visit the store to get the TurboTax 2020. No shipping charges either. The product downloaded quickly, installed easily, and runs without errors. Although, it's too early in the year to complete my taxes, I know I'll get great service completing my taxes again this year.

A decent product. The import of info from last years' taxes was smooth, and the explanations / answers to questions were mostly helpful. The biggest negative was that the product needed to update every time I came back to work on my taxes.

I think this is the best in preparing yrly tax returns! I downloaded it and it was near effortless! I know if they have been accepted & paid rather quickly and what to fix if it wasn’t accepted. I even had my parent who is a retired federal agent impressed & may use the program in the future.

Software has benefits over the web. If you have to file more than one return it can cost less. It's also more easy to file out multiple different tax returns, save and go back if you find one method is better. For example, Married Jointly vs Married Separatly.

Purchasing and downloading this product was a breeze and very convenient. I have been using TurboTax software since 2010 and find it to be very thorough and easy to navigate. Taxes are not an easy endeavor, but with the help of TurboTax, they are a lot simpler to complete.

Like every year, the Turbotax Deluxe does exactly as it advertises. It is relatively simple. I plan to continue to uses this product every year. Filing with State was a little confusing for myself because I want to paper file the state, but that was a personal preference.

Welp, it did exactly what it said it would do. I let me do my kids taxes myself. I think I could have done the same thing online, but it was actually cheaper to buy the software, install it, and us it, as apposed to the web version, which seems a little ridiculous

Turbo Tax program makes filing your Federal and State taxes as easy as possible. For those that have never used it, I would recommend this product for you to use. The beauty from year to year is it grabs all information from previous year and helps you out tremendously.

I've been using Turbotax for years, and never had any problem. I highly recommend Turbotax to friends and family. The software is easy to use and provides answers to most common questions. I also file state taxes and Turbotax makes the federal and state easy to do.

We buy Turbo Tax Deluxe Federal every year from Best Buy, & have it shipped directly to our home. The price is usually the same everywhere else, but we usually have a $5 or $10 reward zone certificate to apply to our purchase, thus saving us some money!

This is the 2nd year I’ve purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe from Best Buy. The savings is well worth it vs purchasing direct. Product itself is very user friendly. Just be aware State software is free, but to file electronically additional fees apply.

Purchase and deliver were exactly as expected. I have purchased software download versions from BB before and the process works well. The first time you do it may be a bit confusing but once you have been through it you know what to expect.
