I've used TurboTax for years. Great product, but didn't know how many stars to give because I bought the downloadable version from Best Buy, and it would not download. I chatted with tech support. Each tech passed me to the next tech "who would definitely know what to do"). In the end, I wanted my money back, but they couldn't even do that. After closing the chat, I phoned TurboTax support directly. The person I spoke with was terrific. He sent me a new clean version to download and it worked. I never leave reviews, but this one was too much to ignore. I usually have good experiences with Best Buy (and, as I said, TurboTax is great), but not this time.

makes doing my taxes doable myself. Well worth the cost compared to the hundreds ive been charged by professionals for the same results.

Very easy to download and user friendly! We have simple taxes so why pay someone $225 when I was able to do my taxes for under $60

Easy to file my taxes with Turbotax. Also used Geek Squad to install the sotware and clean up files. I call it SPRING CLEANING.
