I have used Turbo Tax for years and never had any problems. I like that all my information for me and my family gets imported from the previous years tax returns so I don't have to waste time filling in socials, names, birthdates, and all the other basic stuff. Filing federal is free but have to pay $20 to file state.

Turbotax seems to get incremental better each year, but at the same time, if you don't itemize deductions any longer due to the increased standard deduction, I wonder how useful the 'Deluxe' package will be to people. Still, it worked fine and filed our Federal return without issue. One negative is the amount of 'up-selling' that Intuit does, from charging to file your state return to all of the ancillary services they offer (and charges for), it seems a bit excessive.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and it makes it easier every year. Your information transfers over from the previous year and there's an option of selecting the sections that you want to fill out or it will walk you through every step to make sure you get every opportunity to save. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the text size. As I have gotten older the smaller text is harder to see the program doesn't have a way to zoom in the text.

I have used TurboTax the last two years and love it. It is user friendly, has explanations available for every step of the process, makes filing a breeze, and can also take care of state taxes.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, it is the easiest way to do my taxes. The ability to populate the previous years tax info is a real time saver and avoids mistakes.

I have used nothing but TurboTax for many years. It is so simple to use, I just can't quit it! I use the Deluxe edition because I itemize my deductions and love the interview process TurboTax uses. If you don't itemize, file for free online. My ex-wife used to work for H&R Block in the office and could not stand charging people money for filling out a standard deduction form. Take the time and learn how to file one yourself if you are in that situation - you'll save yourself $$ in the long run.

I used to buy the discs, then each year started to purchase and download from different sites, but would lose track of which site. This year purchased from BB and will do the same going forward. There download will be available from a single portal so if my computer crashes, I will know where to redownload from. TurboTax is TurboTax - it might be more costly than other options, but I've gotten used to the interface so I get my taxes done fairly quickly.

Buy Turbo Tax every year ... accurate and fast for completing taxes. Transfers last years info automatically.

Download and setup was easy. I was able to import my previous year’s taxes to help complete this year’s.

Fairly easy to download onto a MAC. Once downloaded, instructions are clear.

We use TurboTax every year and it’s relatively easy to use. A positive for using it every year is that some information transfers so you don’t need to enter it again. Sometimes the definitions for terms provided aren’t very helpful and we end up having to look for answers on the web instead.

I’ve been using TurboTax for years with any problem. This purchase I did have difficulty getting the product key to work but it wasn’t an issue that lasted long. I contacted support with TurboTax who corrected the issue and I was on my way to a refund in no time. Will continue to purchase for years to come.

One of the best tax software programs out there. Easy to use and very thorouigh. Very detailed and gets it right every time. I have been using this for years and recommend it to my family and friends. Definitely a must-buy!

I love turbotax. I love the way you can import from last year and avoid a lot of extra input. I don't use the interview. I use the forms view 95% of the time. Nice that it checks for errors.

Love the TurboTax software. It sure does make doing your taxes yourself very easy. I like how it guides you through all the sections.
