Deluxe Turbo Tax with 1 State E-File

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product " Deluxe Turbo tax " I have purchased from you is good but NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENT. I have purchased the one with 1 FREE State E-File but when I submitted my tax I still paid $25 for State E-File. Are you going to reimburse the $25 for me? Overall I am not satisfied what I have purchased.

I purchased a digital download and each time I clicked on it it said the site was not secure. I tried to get a refund and was denied.
