It was tough getting the code to work at first

I even tried to load it from the email they sent with the directions but no luck. I had to download the TurboTax website and go from there.

I've requested a refund or assistance resolving the problem with no response from my requests made through the 'contact us' and HELP links provided in the original email. St this point I actually prefer a refund. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Turbo tax

Never ordered this, product, it’s for the dos operating system. I’m a Mac user. They would not give refund or correct error since purchased online. The product identification says dos or Mac, but down load is for dos. Their description error is my out of money loss. F—k them. Will not deal with these crooks again. I buy products from Amazon.

Program Won't Open

Brand new computer and this was the first program that I downloaded on it. It opened the first day and I was able to input data but as the tax program check for updates the next day it will not open. Was on the phone with Intuit for over an hour and received a new download code that still would not open.
