Decent universal dock

Works but monitors keep getting disconnected

But for some reason, my displays keep getting disconnected randomly after the laptop goes to sleep/locks. I've changed the USB settings on my computer but beyond that, I have not been able to find any solution online. I have to remove then re-attach the station when this happens. Also, there is a blue light that keeps blinking even when the laptop is fully asleep.

Only one issue
