I had my doubts about this product... It worked great the first time or two after charging via AC... Once that charge wore off, I had hoped the solar would kick in... Mind you, this speaker gets A LOT of sun... After about 20 minutes of use yesterday (despite not having used it in over 2 weeks), it decided to power itself down... After repeated attempts to power back on, it would shut itself down within minutes... I purchased this unit specifically for the solar "help"... I am almost at 45 days and am planning on returning... its a shame because I really did enjoy the convenience and quality (while it held its charge) and worked as advertised... My advice, go with a wired power option if you can...

It works well but sometimes has difficulty connecting to Bluetooth right away.

Thought it was going to be a nifty speaker to have outside. Think something is wrong with batteries....barely hold charge and needs to be recharged constantly...Solar panel on the top does nothing and theres no way to tell battery level. Other then that...not a bad speaker, wish it wasn't so flawed !

Wish it worked better with a second stone but overall works great

Not waterproof as described in advertisement. Contacted ION company and didn't provided any help because I loss receipt. But when opened found out the circuit board was all rusted. (See Picture)

I bought this item as a house warming gift! They love it!

The Best Buy electronics salesman told me they connect with another speaker. I connected them once but now they no longer sync. Very unhappy as they quit during a party for my child's birthday.

Speakers are good and seem very solid, and are relatively loud. I've been dealing with Best Buy on a price-match for the past 2 weeks however, and their customer service is absolutely atrocious. There is no accountability or follow-up, nor is common sense being used when trying to resolve the issue. I am a long time Best Buy customer, but will rethink purchasing anything online or thru a physical store in the future. Easily one of the worst Customer Service interactions I've had in the past 20 years.

We bought these to place in our landscaping, so we could enjoy music in our pool. Well, it's difficult to pair and the left speaker constantly goes in and out.

When I first got it it worked great, great sound but then after about a month it won't hold a charge anymore only works if I have it plugged into the wall

I was very pleased on how well the speakers looks and performs. I would recommend anyone looking for an outdoor system look at this item.

It is the best accessory to a pool party. I bought two of them and they're amazing best investment if you're looking to entertain your outdoor.

Love the fact that is solar....no need to recharge. Pairs easy to phone and to other solar stone speaker. Great for outdoor entertaining.
