No sound, like the speakers aren't even hooked up inside. Sadly, this was bought as a birthday gift (it was a great price, so really early gift). By the time she opened it, it was past the time to return it. It seems to have good reviews, so if you get one that works, maybe you'll have their kind of luck instead of ours. Learned my lesson, either open the package even though it is a gift or don't get something that early. I thoguht I would have better luck buying something from Best Buy and wasn't worried about it. Trying to get replaced under warranty is not going so well either.
