radio and bluetooth work really great, clear sound

As soon as out of the box, dead battery. Contacted company, do not have battery in stock. They informed me I’m better off contacting Best Buy or just buy a battery. The crank or the solar charger can’t maintain the charge. Only having the device plugged in can it work. Returned it and received another, same issue.

I bought two of these thinking they would be awesome. Not exactly. They take 40+ hours to charge in the sun, forget about the hand crank and they won’t run for more than an hour and a half before the batteries are dead. Just not a real good product.

Not the loudest speaker but it definitely does the job.

I loved the clearness of the speaker but unfortunately the recharged battery lasted less than an hour. I charged it all night but battery won't keep its charge. I returned it. I was very pleased with the great customer service that I received, Best Buy accepted my return with no problem.

Piece of junk, I wish I could give it -100! It only works when it’s plugged in and the battery will not charge no matter what you do. I charged via outlet and sunlight and nothing. I was a robbed on this one. STAY AWAY!!!

One of the best purchases I've made. This little thingy here is Amazing. A couple months ago when A tornado hit and the power was knocked out, this radio still worked, have a little spotlight on it, and a USB port. How Awesoms is that! A GREAT BUY!!!

I like my new ION speaker but it’s not loud enough

It ok but can get it to Bluetooth to any thing but no big deal I just listen to the radio

Doesn't hold the charge for 1 minute .. I thought that I don't have luck so I returned and reorder another one and the same ... I will return it again to get my Money back

BATTERY WAS BAD FROM THE START, WOULD NOT CHARGE. AFTER A WEEK I CONTACTED ION, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A NEW BATTERY. AFTER A WEEK AND A HALF, NO BATTERY. I CALLED AGAIN. I'VE HAD THE SPEAKER FOR OVER A MONTH AND STILL CAN'T USE IT.

I leave this machine until 90F full sun for two days and it still did NOT charge well. Give up.

I've only had this bluetooth speaker for a short time. Already enjoyed on a kayak trip, the beach, my backyard while drinking whiskey and even worked perfectly for a drive in movie because of the am/fm function. A must buy!!

I took it on a camping trip.. Not good at all.. Wont let you play USB music and the reception not good at all.. You have to be touching the speaker for the sound to be good.. I ended up giving it away!

Can't imagine how many people in the path of Cat4/Laura would love to have one of these to charge their phones & get info, for disaster relief. (500,000+ WITHOUT POWER)

Purchased as a Xmas gift for my brother who could use this in the event of a hurricane or severe storm when power is out in Florida or use it as a speaker for his phone to play music when out back frolicking in his pool.

Didn’t open for a while after purchase. I couldn’t return it. The battery doesn’t work. The Bluetooth works and I can’t take it camping etc. so now it is my speaker in the garage.

Stay away. Poor quality. Battery does not charge or hold charge. I was sent a replacement. Replacement unit also has the same problem. Did not want to take chance with 3rd unit. Sent both of them back. YMMV with this one.

I did not like that the battery does not last very long in the sun charging battery and lasted less than an hour not good not good at all And on the turn knob a piece fell off turned it like 10 times Returned

We haven't really used it much other than to test it out and play with it. We got it for emergencies and power outages, so glad we haven't used it much! Very sturdy with lots of options for use.
