All my video is getting digitized

Now I can finally save my old memories before the tapes stop working. One kept tearing and I had to take apart the cassette so am glad to finally have it digitized on my hard drive.

Did not work

I installed, reinstalled and reinstalled again with no luck. I know it was not my VCR considering it worked on the TV I hooked it to. Will be returning it.

Works on Mac and PC

Dead on arrival

Does it's job, but inefficient for my purposes

Software doesn't work

After almost a full day of working on it, the software would never open. Comes with outdated software. Had to update drivers and software and it still wouldn't work. They expect you to mess with registry files to make it work on vista.
