I purchased this holder hoping the suction cup would hold an S9 Plus. And IT DID and still DOES. I've tried many others and they have all failed the test. After rinsing the sticky cup with a slight soapy water and letting it fully try to be super tacky. I installed it on my windshield. Top corner of my work truck. My truck goes through all sorts of terrain and super rough roads. The other holders would fall after a few days. This one has been on my windshield for almost 2 weeks and hasn't given me any issues. The way it articulates and the button to press the arms on the phone are superb. The release tab is easy and I love it. Worth the $20 and I am going to purchase 2 more for my other vehicles. Highly recommend it to anyone with no site viewing issues on their windshield.

I purchased this based on reading a few online reviews as well as watching some YT videos. I initially installed it to my left mounted on the windshield. Although I liked the site-line of this mount the heat from the sun would actually overheat my phone! So I needed to find a better place to mount. And this is the reason for a 5 star review....the best location for me was just below my a/c controls underneath the center portion of my dash. The suction cup just fit that area and has held on tight since I first mounted it there. The flexibility of the the arms allows me to have an excellent view of the screen and touch control is quite close. This mount is flexible, easy to install, and a solid piece of kit. I am very impressed and would recommend it to anyone!

It is pretty well build and holds all sizes of cell phones which sometimes is very difficult. It is really easy to install. The only thing I didn't like is that ithe glue was to strong that it was really hard to take it off from a rental car.

Product was really easy to put together and install - I have an SUV and didn't quite feel comfortable with my site line with it attached to the window. But I didn't try it to the left of the steering wheel. That being said, it was super easy to install on the dash and I really like it there - it's out of the way, it doesn't disrupt my view of the road, but still accessible. Haven't had any problems with slippage, and I'm even able to rest my chord around the holder for the phone when I unplug my phone. It's already been used on a long trip, too. I think it'd work great for any vehicle - thinking back to my previous car (a compact) it probably would have worked great mounted on the window.

I needed a easy to use cell phone holder. I work in MNC, I travels a lot, Never knowing where I'm delivering to, I need to use a flexible holder for my phone to make use of the Gmaps. This holder is excellent for this purpose making my use of the maps simple. First, I decided to mount it on my dashboard using the supplied gel pad (you can also vent mount it if you wish.) Everything you need to mount it either way is provided. Once mounted, the holder can easily be turned to have your phone vertical or horizontal. It can be move 360. I have been using this mount a lot and have had not one single issue with it. It is truely a fantastic product. If you want a mount that will hold your phone securely look no further, this is the one for you.

I was hesitant about purchasing this for my '12 Ford Focus. The dash is very angular and not very much room for mounting. I ended up putting it on my windshield in the bottom left side as to not obstruct any view and still have easy visibility for my gps navigation. The suction cup has a tacky feel to it and when the suction is applied it stays put. It has a nice telescoping arm to help bring the device to the edge of my dash and helps keep it in better view. The device keeps it pretty stable and doesn't jitter too much which is great for people if they get motion sick easy. This has been a great purchase for me and was very simple to install and use.

Fits my wife’s iPhone 8 and my 7, could probably hold most phones in general. Easy to use, seems durable enough and great for while driving (taking calls, music, directions)

This thing is great! Stable design, hasn’t broken since I purchased it years ago. Tough package here. I really like the fact that I can virtually plop my phone in to it and it catches and secures it just fine. This thing has been used SO many times over tens of thousands of miles. I’m glad that I’ve had success with this one as similar contraptions fall apart sooner than you would like. iOttie got this one right. I recommend it. I have set it up in my car in custom fashion. 4 stars for a GREAT product - but the suction cup comes undone every once in a while but temperature changes certainly affect that.

So I’ve always had problems with the perfect phone holder to have for my windshield over the years. And then I came across this one as recommended by a blue shirt in store. I was skeptical at first because of past encounters with suction cup application. But this surpassed my expectations. The suction cup works really well and come a sticky coating. Never had to reapply through the summers heat and the winters cold. Held my phone perfectly each time. I use and iPhone 10 and have a hefty case on it which makes a lot of weight to hold up but it holds it no problem. Would recommend to anyone.

This cell phone holder is great for use in a single car. I needed one to hold my phone while on vacation in a rental car where my normal GPS was not keeping pace with construction. This mounted very easily on the window and stayed on tight the whole trip despite the Texas heat. In fact, when I was returning the rental car, it was challenging to remove due to its nice gel backing on the suction cup. So as to my first statement, this is not a holder than can travel with you. I reattached it to my own car and have not had any issues since. Pros: - Strong attachment and very easy to use. - Definitely able to use a single hand, just read the instructions first as to how to use. - Can hold many different positions due to the arm and extension. Con: -The one downside I will say is that it tends to bounce around a bit when on bumpy roads due to its design having an arm that holds the phone. But works fine on smoother roads.

I really needed this abs it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s pretty sturdy. I like that there’s no soft padding that can peel off. There’s really no way this will damage your phone anyway. It’s so easy to use. I looked into getting one of those electric auto clamp ones but this is close enough and better quality. The logo pushes in when your phone is placed down and it clamps down. It’s pretty sensitive. I was able to suction this to my dashboard without the included hard adhesive pad because it’s plastic anyway. So far it’s been holding up well in the heat and over bumps.

The phone mount attached easily to the dashboard of my vehicle and holds the phone securely in place while driving. Love how easy it is to put the phone in the mount when I get in the car, the charging port at the bottom of my phone is still accessible and it's extremely easy and quick to remove the phone when needed. It's great to have my phone easily accessible while driving when needed for directions. I also love that this is not one of the mounts with the built-in magnets so anyone that's in my car can use it for their phone and I don't need to worry about buying replacement magnets or anything if I get a different phone.

Quality worksmanship. Easy to install and use. Device is secure, but quick release features allow you to exit vehicle quickly when you reach your destination.

It’s really easy to install and the hold on the phone is fantastic. I do not worry about my phone ever falling off or even wobble around. Highly recommend!

My old cell phone holder would eventually come lose from the dash board and go flying across my vehicle without warning. So far, this one has actually stayed where I put it, even with the sun baking down on it. Sometimes the arm bends down a little, and I have to lift my phone up to see the screen more clearly, but it has never fallen off. I found that by mounting it off to the left of the steering wheel, it doesn't block my view of the road, and it works really well there. It is really easy to get the phone in and out with one hand as well. I liked it so much, I bought these for my family as well.

Plenty of easy adjustment options for the perfect angle, doesn't feel cheap, and most importantly it sticks very well! This is my second one for my other vehicle. I use them with my iPhone XS and Galaxy S9, both with cases on them. It never feels too heavy as if my phone is going to fall or the mount will tip over. I absolutely love this thing and I've owned several mounts previously, known compares to this one. The 2 features I like the most, is the ability to adjust the arm vertically up and down or extend it out closer towards you, and being able to just sit your phone on the mount and it automatically grips it with out having to tighten or adjust anything. Removing the phone is just as easy, and can be done with one hand be pressing a button on the side while you pull the phone out. It truly requires no fumbling or effort to use this thing.

Make sure you follow the mount instructions. You can use one hand to mount and dismount your phone which makes it great when you need to send that mid-drive text that you want no one else to see, then mount it right back for GPS and pretend nothing happened. Its sturdy and has many angles that you can adjust to. Let's say you want to watch your favorite youtuber like The Gaming VUE. Turn your phone to landscape and enjoy all the glorius 720p videos they put up. Great gadget would buy again and again until I had no dashboard space.

I needed something that would hold my cellphone steady, not have to stick to the dash, and one hand operation. Most cell phone holders require you to stick something on your dash but I did not want that, it sticks firmly to my windshield with the sticky gel that it has on the suction cup. It holds my phone firmly with no major bouncing around. All you have to do is just set it in the cradle and it snaps closed on the phone. One hand operation to release the phone. It has a mount that you can stick to your dash it you so choose to attach it that way.

Easy, quick installation. Securely holds my iPhone X in place. Make sure to place this in a spot that will obstruct your vision the least, it’s kind of a bulky item.

This product has ratchets that can tighten in places where you don't want them to move after you make your adjustments to fit your location. I fastened mine securely to the windshield, and I had a lot of flexibility it positioning the unit. The phone can be easily removed by pressing one button. The phone easily attaches by pressing in into the unit against the large button. The phone is held securely in the unit. I live on a dirt road, and the unit seems to "float" over bumps. It must have some type of dampening mechanism.
