Quick/Easy install, Loved everything about this product I would have gave it 5 stars if it had fast charging included. That was my purpose for the purchase. The Alexa feature did work. Easy to insert/remove phone from holder using the long arms on the side, WISHED ALL of these kind of HOLDERS HAD THAT FEATURE. Please add the fast charging feature without going up on the price I’d rebuy it!

The Alexa iOttie, I thought it was going to be amazing but it didn't work well for me. I exected it to have a wireless charging option but it does not. The mount feel like it is a super high quality and would appear to last a long time unlike other phone mounts i have used in the past, So that is good. What really irritated me was the pairing process that you have to do every time you get in the vehicle. You must open up the Ottie app reconnect then allow ottie app to link to your Alexa app. I understand doing it once or if there is an update but not every time I get in the car. when using the hands-free calling people couldn't hear me while I was talking unless I was yelling at the device. I will be returning this. If I was to do it again I would buy the wireless charging non-Alexa model and purchase the Alexa car piece separately. As for now I'll just get the Stand and use Siri like before.

This is very convenient, because you have Alexa on the go. It can give you directions, and allows you to make calls on your cellphone all hands-free. If you are use to Alexa at home, now you can take her with you on the road. Holds your cellphone and added port allows you to keep your phone plugged in.

Holds up great many cheaper versions fall after a while. The only complaint is Alexa struggles to connect to the phone sometimes. But I have found that you need to have your phone in the cradle whenever you want to use Alexa. She also struggles getting your location when asking for navigation and you have to give her a town name. Also wish it was a charger as having two power cords across your dash is yuck and it defeats the purpose of hands free easy connect device.

We love this charger so far, we actually bought more to give as gifts as well! It was very easy to set up and instructions were perfectly clear. Price is fair, and quality is great so far! We enjoy this gadget in our truck

Easy to mount to dashboard. I was thinking this would charge wirelessly from the back. I was wrong, you have to charge via a USB cable that plugs into the cigarette lighter adapter that also charges the iOttie. Holds phone nicely, easy to adjust angle of phone in the cradle.

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the two different charging mounts would not charge the phone. Worked with a sales person in store and they couldn’t get it to work either can. Would buy them again if it would work with my phone

I absolutely love my carmount. It is the best mount I've found. It's extremely easy to install and works exceptionally well. I have a Jeep gladiator and have taken it off road and my phone stays put no matter what terrain I'm in. I've already recommended it to all my friends.

It worked great at first, we loved the idea of having an Alexa device in the car. The unit actually held the phone great, but after 2 months it would no longer connect to the phone. I called customer service and they sent me a new one. The new one worked for 6 months and kept loosing connection with both the phone and the Alexa App, it also would not stick to the dashboard any more. The one my wife has also loses connection, every time you start the car up you have to re-enter it back in just like you did the 1st time. Do not buy this product.

It works great! It’s easy to attach to dashboard and is very sturdy to hold my large phone. I already had the Alexa app on my phone which made connecting it to my car’s Bluetooth very quick. I love that I can hear any song or playlist at my command. You can ask directions or weather or anything! Great item!!

I don’t think I’ll ever buy a different brand name for these. It’s very durable, wirelessly charge is and does the job right. The amount is pretty cool but like it says don’t put it right on your car it will damage it... I would give it all good ratings except for I can’t for quality because of the mounts
