Paid Full price for damaged packaging and item

Initially thought it was open box due to package being damaged and repaired with tape but ended up being full price. I opened the box and the item inside was damaged. I assume it was mishandled possible ran over by some machinery. To busy to return and just threw it away.

Velox Magsafe Compatible Air Vent Car Mount

Gave it a 1 star as we found a way to using other materials to support and attach the phone and placement made it easy to learn information when using the phone for driving directions.

Posted .Hi CynthiaD, I am so sorry that you are facing a negative experience with the Velox Wireless Mini Vent Mount. If you're using the magnetic ring, place it outside the phone case or directly on the phone if you aren't using a case. In regards to the vent mount, have you tried tightening it? Sometime, it looks tight enough, but in reality it isn't. If this still persists, please contact iOttie Customer Support, and we will help you asap! Thank you.
